                5PM: Wrap up and depart campus

What will we cover?

Jabs, shaves, block tackles, 1v1 defensive positioning, pulls, 3D skills, v-dodges, spins, overheads, hitting, pushing, sweeping, receiving, attacking principles, defensive principles, defensive shapes, attacking shapes, and small sided games.
