Six Tiger Women's Student-Athletes Recognized by CSC as Academic All-District
SPRINGFIELD, OH - Wittenberg had six female student-athletes named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) NCAA Division III Women’s At-Large Academic All-District team for the 2025-26 season, the CSC announced on Tuesday.
Named to the team were seniors Maren Raymond (Louisville, KY / Ballard) and Izzy Selby (Cincinnati, OH / Seton), juniors Aubrey Stager (Saline, MI / Saline), Aysha Johnson (Kettering, OH / Fairmont), and Lauren Singery (Johannesburg, South Africa / Bryanston) and the lone sophomore Anna Sinclair (Brownsburg, IN / Brownsburg).
The CSC All-District Team recognized student-athletes that succeed both in the classroom and in their sport. To qualify for the All-District team, the student-athletes must hold at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA while playing in at least 80 percent of their team’s games or starting in 66 percent of games over the course of the season. After voting, the All-America team will be announced two weeks after national voting ends, on July 7 and 8.
Raymond, a midfielder on the Tiger women's lacrosse team, was an economics and finance double major who graduated with a 3.87 GPA. This past season, she was tied for fifth on the team in goals with 10 and was third in assist with nine, which landed her fourth on the team with 19 points. She also led the team in shot percentage and shot on goal percentage at 71.4% and 92.9% with her closest teammate being 10 percent behind at the closest.
Stager, a midfielder on the lacrosse team, is a nursing major who boasts a 3.93 GPA. She was named to third-team All-NCAC for the second consecutive year. She led the team in goals with 28 and logged five assists to finish second on the team in points with 33. She also led the team in ground balls and draw controls with 85 and 71. Early in the season, Stager broke the program record of ground balls in a game with 17.
Selby, a senior on the Tiger women's golf team, was a marketing and finance major with a stellar 3.95 GPA. This season she was recognized with third-team All-NCAC honors to conclude her collegiate career with all-conference honors after every season. In a fourth place team finish at the NCAC Championships, she finished third on the team and 17th overall individually to close out her career.
Sinclair, another golfer, majors in management and holds a 3.86 GPA. She was named to the second-team All-NCAC after this season to improve from her third-team honors her freshman season. In their fourth place finish as a team, Sinclair was the top individual finisher for the Tigers as she finished in the top 15 in a field of more than 30 competitors.
Johnson is a defender on the field hockey team who majors in exercise science with a 3.96 GPA. She was named to third-team All-NCAC and also was named an NFHCA Scholar of Distinction after the conclusion of the season. Johnson ended the season with a goal and was one of only two players on the team to record a defensive save. Johnson was an integral part of a team that performed well enough in the season to play in the NCAC Tournament semifinals.
Singery, a defender and midfielder on the field hockey team, majors in marketing, international business, and art, all while boasting a 3.94 GPA. For the first time in her career, she played in every game and started 15 after coming off the bench the previous two years. In the 17 games she played, Singery scored two goals, one of which was a game-winner on only five shots and finished tied for third on the team in points. She was also recognized as part of the NFHCA National Academic Squad and played in the NCAC Semifinal matchup.
