Bio
Earl Pope III joined the Wittenberg University Football coaching staff in January 2025, following a successful playing career for the Tigers. He is assigned to coaching the program's wide receiver group.
A native of Miami, Florida, and a graduate of Miami Carol City High School, Pope was a wide receiver for the Tigers, who played three seasons in the Red & White. He was a two-year starter who caught 43 passes for 568 yards and seven touchdowns.
Pope earned his undergraduate degree in sport management from Wittenberg in May 2024, and he is completing his master's degree in sport administration at Wittenberg. His brother, Ean, plays running back at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY.
