Wittenberg Magazine Feature: Erin Berger Takes Action To Fight ALS

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio — While studying physiology with Professor of Psychology Jo Wilson as a freshman at Wittenberg University, Erin Berger, class of 2010 from Louisville, Ky., had a revelation. After learning more about neurological diseases, including Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), better known as Lou Gehrig's Disease, Berger, who carries a 4.0 grade point average, realized she could make a difference.
