OBERLIN, Ohio - The Wittenberg Tiger offense came alive Saturday, going for a season-high 16 goals in a 16-6 victory over Oberlin.
Junior Travis Moore led Wittenberg with a career-high seven goals in the game. Nine of his 18 goals and 10 of his 22 total points in the 2006 season have come against Oberlin.
He was backed by senior Cory Windle with a season-high four goals and sophomore Brandon Hulett with a career-best five assists, which complemented his lone score. Sophomore Matt Delestienne and freshman Sam Henderson also finished with multiple points as both were credited with a goal and an assist in the game.
Junior Pat Garlock made nine saves in the game. The Tigers were credited with 36 shots, compared to 30 for the Yeomen.
