Senior goalkeeper Katie Bondy made 12 saves in a 12-4 season-opening win over Centre on Saturday, earning recognition as the NCAC Player of the Week.

Wittenberg senior goalie Kate Bondy led the Tigers to a 12-4 season-opening win over Centre on Saturday. Bondy stopped 12 Colonel shots and allowed just four goals to help lift the Tigers to victory over a team that posted a 13-5 record in 2012.
