Tigers Take Down Thomas More 7-2 In Home Opener
Head Coach Tyler Johnston gets his first career win in a 7-2 home opener against TMC.

Springfield, Ohio – The Wittenberg women's tennis team picked up their first win of the 2017 season, defeating Thomas More College 7-2. The home opening win for the Tigers was the first for newly appointed head coach Tyler Johnston. Johnston wasn't the only one to get his first win of the year, as the two freshmen Harunya Ravidran and Kathleen McGuff earned their first collegiate wins.
MATCH NOTES
- Sarah Gallup and Ravidran picked up wins on both the doubles and singles sides for Wittenberg.
- Sarah Gallup, Sarah Frisch, and Zandrea Simpson each picked up their first wins of the season in straight set sweeps.
